Aaron Webster - Pastor of Student Ministries
Pastor Aaron began his service here at BNAZ in July of 2012. He had previously served as a youth pastor in Houston, Texas. He loves serving students and seeing them transformed into Christ followers throughout their teenage years.
Pastor Aaron first felt his call to ministry as a young boy in children’s church. He can remember hearing a message from a guest speaker who was a missionary and it was at that time that God began to talk with Aaron about how he could tell others about Christ for the rest of his life. Having sensed this call in his life he decided to pursue a B.A. in Theology and Ministry at Southern Nazarene University (Bethany, OK) where he graduated in 2008. While he was in school he met the love of his life, Karlee. They were married shortly after graduation. A few months later Aaron accepted a call to serve in Houston. In September 2011 God blessed them with their son, Brody. Pastor Aaron and his family feel honored to serve the NW Arkansas community, and look forward to what God has in store for them here.
Pastor Aaron loves spending time with friends and family. He also loves sports of any kind. He is originally from Amarillo, Texas and therefore is a big fan of the Longhorns, Cowboys, and Rangers. But don’t hold that against him.
A verse that sums up what Pastor Aaron wants his ministry to be about is Romans 12:1-2 (NLT) which says:
“1And so, dear brothers and sisters, I plead with you to give your bodies to God because of all he has done for you. Let them be a living and holy sacrifice—the kind he will find acceptable. This is truly the way to worship him. 2Don’t copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think. Then you will learn to know God’s will for you, which is good and pleasing and perfect.”
