Made to Thrive
a vision to thrive
What if you could do anything for God, and you knew you could not fail? What kind of dream would you dream? What kind of legacy would you hope to leave?
Made to Thrive is our three year capital stewardship campaign that will move our congregation from merely surviving to thriving. It’s an opportunity to invest in eternity. God has given us a vision of what it looks like to thrive:
“We are a community-focused church in the heart of Bentonville where people are transformed by the Gospel, equipped for ministry, and sent out on mission with God.”
For this vision to reach its fullest potential it is imperative that we build a new worship center. This 600 seat facility will be a tool for ministry that doubles our worship capacity, thus increasing our potential to send transformed lives into the mission of God. It is a longterm solution that maximizes our location for generations to come.
The worship center will cost approximately $2.9 million. While this seems like an insurmountable challenge, I am inspired by the visionary leadership and sacrificial giving of the generation that built our Christian Life Center 17 years ago. Will you join me in following their example through participation in the Made to Thrive campaign? This season of earnest prayer and sacrificial giving will grow, shape, and unify our congregation. Along the way we will learn that when everyone commits to give sacrificially, anything is possible!
The promise to Joshua is for us as we begin this journey:
"Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.” (Joshua 1:9)
Let’s be strong and courageous. Let’s step out together in faith. We were made for this. We were made to thrive!
